Dustin Purdy is a dynamic mathematics leader, educator, and instructional coach with 20 years of experience teaching in rural, urban, collegiate, and online settings. A former teacher in the NYC Department of Education, he has taught grades 6–12 and college-level mathematics.

His work centers on creating spaces where every student feels valued, supported, and capable of success. Through his leadership and advocacy, Dustin is passionate and committed to transforming mathematics education to ensure all students experience belonging, agency, and access to high-quality instruction.
